Fig and almond cream pie

Thin crust, the most delicate cream, figs! This is delicious!
I advise not to replace figs with anything..
The pie can be served warm, but it is better to let it stand overnight in the refrigerator. Then the cream “grabs”, thickens.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g flour


  • 100 ml cream 33-35%
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g almonds


  • 7-8 pcs. figs


Cut the figs into quarters.

Cooking the dough.
Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.

The mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 29 cm) grease a little with oil.
Put out the dough.

Cooking cream.
Grind almonds.

Whip cream with sugar.

Add eggs.

Add almonds.

Put figs on the dough.

Lay out the cream.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
