Cupcake with dried apricots, raisins and nuts

Delicate, aromatic cupcake.
Instead of dried apricots, you can use prunes.
If dried apricots and raisins are hard, soak them in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8-10 servings.

  • 180 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g raisins
  • 150 g dried apricots
  • 200 g nuts (walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
  • 250-300 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder


Dried apricots cut into cubes.

Chop the nuts (in a blender or ceiling).

Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs.

Add dried apricots, raisins and nuts.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead not tough dough.

Put the dough in a greased mold (I used a mold about 26 cm in diameter).
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
To check whether the cake is ready or not, pierce it with a toothpick (or a match), if it is dry, the cake is ready.
