Chocolate cake with bananas and caramel sauce

Delicious pie!
Delicate chocolate dough, juicy bananas.
Caramel sauce perfectly complements the taste.
Instead of sauce, you can pour melted chocolate on the cake.
I used mini bananas, but regular bananas can be used. They must be cut into slices about 1 cm thick..
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8-10 servings.

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 30 g cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100-120 g flour

Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs.


Add cocoa.


Add baking powder and flour.

Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.

Mold (I used a 30×20 cm mold) grease a little with oil.
Put out the dough.

Put bananas on the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Pour the finished pie with caramel sauce.
Cool then chop.
