Buns with poppy seeds


Awesome goodies!
Soft, airy, very tasty.
Be sure to pamper your loved ones!
From the specified amount of ingredients, 20-25 pieces are obtained.
Ingredients
dough:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 550-600 g flour

filling:

  • 150 g poppy seeds
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Cooking the dough.
Heat the milk (it should be warm, not hot).
Add 1 tbsp. Sahara.
Mix.

Add yeast.

Add 150 g flour.
Mix.
Put in a warm place.

Dough should increase in volume.

Add oil.

Mix.

Add eggs.

Mix.

Add sugar.

Mix.

Add remaining flour.
Knead the dough.
Put in a warm place.

The dough should increase in volume.

Cooking the filling.
Mix the egg with sugar.

Add poppy.

Mix.

Roll out the dough.

Lay out the filling.

Roll up roll.
Pinch the edges.

Cut into pieces 1.5–2 cm thick.

Grease a baking sheet or cover with baking paper.
Lay out the buns.
Let them rise.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
