Apricot pie

Delicious pie!
Soft dough with tender peach pieces!
Mmm! Enjoyment!
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g fresh or canned apricots (or peaches)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200-250 g flour


Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Separate the whites from the yolks.
Add yolks to butter with sugar.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead not a thick dough.

Whisk the whites.

Add proteins to the dough.
Stir gently.

Mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 24 cm) grease with oil.
Lay out half of the dough.

Put apricots on the dough.

Lay out the remaining dough.

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
