Apple Pie with Pine Nuts

Awesome pie!
Loose dough, delicate cream, aromatic apples! This is delicious!
The cake is especially good after standing in the refrigerator..
In the morning, a slice of this pie with a cup of coffee is a great start to the day.!
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 300-350 g flour


  • 2 eggs

  • 200 g sour cream 15-20%
  • 2 tbsp flour


  • 600 g apples
  • 50 g pine nuts (or any other, to taste)


Cooking the dough.
Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.


Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.

Grease the mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 27 cm and a height of 3 cm), grease with oil or cover with baking paper. Put out the dough.
Make bumpers.

Peel the apples, remove the seeds.
Cut into thin slices.

Put the apples on the dough.

Cooking cream.
Mix eggs with sugar.

Add sour cream.


Add flour.


Pour cream over the cake (do not worry that the cream is liquid, after cooking the cream will thicken).

Sprinkle with nuts.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
