Apple Cherry Pie

Delicate dough, juicy filling, crispy streusel. This is delicious.
Instead of cherries and apples, you can use any fruits and berries (the main thing is that they are not too juicy). Apples are preferably sour or sweet and sour. I used frozen cherries, before cooking, you need to defrost and drain all the liquid.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 1 egg
  • 50 g butter
  • 100-150 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 50 g semolina
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 150-170 g flour


  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 100-150 g flour


  • 500 g apples
  • 300 g cherries


Cooking the dough.
Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add egg.


Add semolina.


Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.

Cooking Streusel.
Grind almonds.

Mix nuts and sugar.

Add oil.

Add flour.
Grind the mass with your hands to make a crumb.

Cooking the filling.
Peel and core the apples.
Squeeze and drain the juice.

Add cherries to apples.

The mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 29 cm) grease a little with oil.
Put out the dough.
Make bumpers.

Lay out the filling.

Sprinkle with streusel.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
