Zucchini rolls


Delicious bright tender rolls.
It is advisable to use zucchini young, small.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 20-25 rolls are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 700 g courgettes (or zucchini)
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

filling:

  • 150 g carrots
  • 150 g cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • sour cream
  • greens

Preparation

Zucchini thinly cut.
Fry on one side in a little vegetable oil.

Flip.
Fry on the other side.

Cooking the filling.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Grate carrots (raw) on a fine grater.

Finely chop the greens.

Put cheese, carrots, herbs in a bowl.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.
Salt a little.

Mix.

Add sour cream.
Mix.

Put the filling on the zucchini (about 2 tsp).

Roll up roll.
