Omelet with tomatoes and potatoes

The omelet turns out to be very satisfying, for breakfast – ideal.
It is important to grate potatoes on a fine grater, then it will cook well.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 100 g cheese
  • greens
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Finely chop the greens.

Peel potatoes (raw).
Grate on a fine grater.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Beat eggs.

Add tomatoes, cheese, herbs, potatoes.
Salt, pepper.

Put the mass in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
