Filled tartlets are a very convenient portioned snack.
Ready-made tartlets are sold in supermarkets in bakery departments.
Any salad can be used as a filling.
I suggest the option with a tender chicken liver salad.
From the specified amount of ingredients, about 12-15 tartlets are obtained.
- 300 g chicken liver
- 300 g fresh or frozen champignons
- 2 eggs
- 150 g carrots
- 150 g onions
- greens to taste
- vegetable oil
- tartlets (ready-made)
Boil the liver until tender (cook for 10-15 minutes after boiling).
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Grate eggs on a fine grater.
Grate raw carrots on a fine grater.
Finely chop the greens.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Fry for 10-15 minutes.
Grate the liver on a fine grater or pass through a meat grinder.
Mix liver, mushrooms, eggs, carrots, herbs.
Salt a little.
Season with mayonnaise.
The salad can be put in a salad bowl, or can be served in tartlets.
Decorate to taste.
