Stunning quail!

Ingredients
- 6-7 quails
- 150 g buckwheat (boiled)
- 200 g bacon
- 100 g onions
- 6-7 sprigs of thyme
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Set aside 6-7 strips of bacon.
Finely chop the rest.
Fry bacon.
Add onion.
Fry.
Add buckwheat, salt, pepper, remove from heat.
Cool down.
Stuff the quails with buckwheat and bacon.
