Mushroom stew

Any mushrooms will work for this recipe..
I used white, boletus and champignons.
If you use only mushrooms, simmer them with onions for about 5-7 minutes.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g onions
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Dice the mushrooms.

Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Add 50 ml of water.
Salt, pepper.
Simmer covered for 30 minutes.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Add potatoes to mushrooms.
Simmer covered until tender (about 20 minutes).

Finely chop the greens.

Add sour cream to mushrooms and potatoes.
Salt if necessary.

Then add greens.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
