Any meat can be used, to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 1 kg pork or beef (fillet)
- 1-1.5 kg potatoes
- 300 g onions
Cut the onion into rings.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Peel potatoes, cut into slices.
Put half of the potatoes in a baking dish (I have a shape of 20 × 30 cm, and a height of 5 cm).
Put onions on potatoes.
Put the meat on the onion.
Put the remaining potatoes on the meat.
Grease with mayonnaise.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until tender (about 45-50 minutes).
