Meat loaf with mushrooms


I bring to your attention a very tasty meat loaf, which can be a great alternative to purchased sausage.
The loaf turns out to be very tender, juicy, fragrant.
I advise you to grind the meat in a blender, not in a meat grinder, so the consistency of the finished loaf will be more uniform.
Tastes can be changed by adding different ingredients (olives, bell peppers, various spices, herbs).
Dried mushrooms do not need to be added, but they are very aromatic..
I used pork and beef, you can try using chicken fillet (better from the thighs, it is juicier) or turkey.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 300 g beef fillet
  • 300 g pork fillet
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g loaf
  • 300 g champignons
  • 30 g dried white mushrooms
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Pour dried mushrooms with hot water.
Leave on for 30 minutes.

Soak a loaf in milk.

Put pork and beef into small pieces in a blender.

Grind.

Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the champignons.

Drain the dried mushrooms.
Cut in small pieces.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add porcini mushrooms.

Add champignons.

Salt, pepper.
Fry for 20 minutes.
Cool down.

Squeeze loaf.
Add to meat.

Mix.

Add mushrooms.
Salt, pepper.
Mix.

Lay out in a mold (I used a mold measuring 25 × 10 and 7 cm high).

Cover with foil.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

Cool the finished loaf.
Slice.
