Chicken tapaka

A very popular dish.
You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2-3 servings are obtained.

  • 1 chicken, about 500 g
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable or butter


Chicken breast cut.

Beat back.
Flip, hit again well.

Salt, pepper.

Heat a skillet with butter.

Lay out the chicken.

Press down on top with some weight, for example, a saucepan of water (I pressed the lid from the cauldron, I put a pan of water on it).
Fry for 15-20 minutes on one side.

Turn over, press down.
Fry for 15-20 minutes.
