Chicken liver fried with eggplant

Delicious hearty dish.
The liver is very tender and fragrant.
I used chicken liver. Beef can also be used, but it takes longer to cook.
You can prepare potatoes, rice or vegetable salad for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g chicken liver
  • 400 g eggplant
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • 150 g carrots
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • greens to taste


Cut the onion into strips.

Cut the eggplants into pieces.

Cut the liver into small pieces.

Chop the tomatoes.

Finely chop the greens.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add carrots, fry.

Add liver, fry.

Add eggplant..
Fry for 15 minutes.

Add tomatoes.

Add paprika.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.

Fry for 10 minutes.

Add greens.

Remove from fire.
