You can use any vegetables to taste. Rice is used raw, while everything is baked, it has time to reach readiness.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
- 1 kg of chicken drumstick (or any chicken parts)
- 200 g rice (dry)
- 300 g cauliflower
- 250 g tomatoes
- 250 g bell pepper
- leeks or 150 g onions
Cut the onion into half rings.
Peel the bell pepper from seeds.
Cut into strips.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Disassemble cauliflower into inflorescences.
Put vegetables in a mold (I used a 20 × 30 cm mold).
Pour 150-200 ml of water.
Put the drumstick, salt, pepper.
Cover with foil.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Then remove the foil, bake for about 25-30 minutes (stirring occasionally).
