Casserole with potatoes, minced meat and mushrooms

Simple, hearty, tasty dish.
Minced meat can be used any, to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 100 g onions
  • 150 g cheese
  • sour cream or mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Dice the mushrooms.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add minced meat.

Fry for 15 minutes.

Add mushrooms.

Salt, pepper.

Fry for 5 minutes.

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes or sticks.

Fry potatoes in vegetable oil until tender.

Grate cheese on a medium grater.

Put half of the minced meat with mushrooms in a pot (or in a baking dish).

Put potatoes on the minced meat, salt a little.

Put the remaining minced meat with mushrooms.

Brush a little with sour cream (or mayonnaise).

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).
