Ingredients
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 150 g onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cut the onion into half rings.
Finely chop the garlic.
Dice the mushrooms.
Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
Add mushrooms.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add buckwheat.
Pour in 2 cups of hot water.
Salt, pepper.
Simmer until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
