Beef stew with pickles

A simple, tasty and satisfying dish. The meat turns out to be tender, juicy.
It is advisable to use good quality tomato paste, not sour.
I haven’t tried pickled cucumbers, I think you can try.
For a side dish, you can cook potatoes, rice, fresh vegetable salad.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 1 kg of beef (pulp)
  • 200 g pickled cucumbers
  • 200 g onions
  • 150 g tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Cut the meat into strips.

Cut the onion into strips.

Cut cucumbers into strips.

Add flour to tomato paste.


Add 100 ml of water (room temperature).

Put the meat in a greased frying pan.


Add onion.

To cover with a lid.

Simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Add cucumbers.


Salt a little, pepper.

Add tomato paste.


Pour water so that it slightly covers the meat.

To cover with a lid.
Simmer for an hour.

Enjoy your meal!
