Vertuta with chicken fillet and mushrooms

Delicate filling (like julienne) in crispy dough.
Very tasty and satisfying.
Any filling can be used.
You can add vegetables, instead of chicken fillet, use turkey or beef fillets.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g onions
  • 100 g cheese
  • 50 ml cream 15-25%
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


  • 400 g puff pastry (fresh or yeast)
  • yolk
  • sesame


Finely chop the onion.

Fillet finely chop.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add fillet.

Add mushrooms.

Salt, pepper.
Fry for 15-20 minutes.

Add cream.
Remove from fire.
Cool down.

Roll out the dough into strips about 10 cm wide.

Put the filling on the edge.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Roll into a roll.

Place in a baking dish.

Brush with yolk.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
