Pie with cheese and cottage cheese

Delicious pie!
Thin dough, aromatic filling!
The pie can be served for breakfast, with a cup of sweet tea or coffee.
You can use ricotta instead of cottage cheese.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 8-10 servings.

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp salt (no top)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200-250 g flour


  • 200 g cottage cheese (6-20%)
  • 200 g cheese (hard)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • greens to taste


Cooking the filling.
Finely chop the greens.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Mix cheese and eggs.

Add cottage cheese.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.

Add greens.

Salt a little (if you are using salted cheese, salt should be done with care, you can not salt at all).

Cooking the dough.
Mix eggs and butter (not necessary to achieve uniformity).

Add salt, baking powder, flour.
Knead the dough.

The mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 29 cm) grease a little with oil.
Put out the dough.
Make bumpers.

Put the filling on the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
