Mushroom and Potato Pie

This pie can be made with different fillings – meat, fish, vegetable.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 100 ml milk
  • 7-10 g dry yeast (or 20 g fresh)
  • 0.5 tsp Sahara
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200-250 g flour
  • salt


  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • 150 g cheese (semi-hard or hard)
  • sour cream


Add yeast to warm (not hot!) Milk.

Add sugar.
Put in a warm place.

After about 15 minutes, the dough should rise.

Add egg.


Add vegetable oil.


Add flour.
Knead not very tough dough.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel or tighten with plastic wrap.
Put in a warm place.
I pour warm water into a cup, and put a bowl in it.
After about 30 minutes, the dough should rise.

Cut the onion into rings.

Thinly chop the mushrooms.

Cut potatoes (raw) very thinly.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

A mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 26 cm) grease a little with oil or cover with baking paper.
Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick.
Lay out in the form so that there are sides.

Smear a little with sour cream.

Put mushrooms.

Salt a little, pepper.

Put onions on the mushrooms.

Put potatoes on the onion.
Salt a little.

Smear with sour cream.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
