- 300 g fresh cabbage
- 300 g apples
- 200 g oranges
- 200 g carrots
- 4-5 tbsp. vegetable oil
- lemon
- salt
Preparation
Cut the cabbage into strips.
Peel the orange.
Peel the slices from films.
Cut the pulp into small cubes.
Grate carrots with strips.
Core apples.
Cut into strips.
Mix apples and juice of half a lemon.
Add cabbage, orange, carrot.
Salt a little.
Season with vegetable oil.
Mix.
