Salad “Tenderness”

Egg pancakes give a very interesting flavor to the salad.
Instead of boiled chicken fillet, you can use smoked fillet or leg.
Also, you can add fresh cucumber, it will give the salad lightness..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 7 eggs
  • 200 g onions
  • salt
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil


Boil the chicken fillet until tender (cook for about 20 minutes after boiling).

Cool fillet.
Cut in small pieces.

Finely chop the onion.

Pour boiling water over.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water.
Rinse the onion in cold water (this is done so that the onion does not taste bitter).

Beat eggs (each separately).
Salt a little.

Pour into a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
Fry on one side.

Fry on the other side.

Cool pancakes.
Cut into strips.

Mix fillet, pancakes, onion.

Season with mayonnaise.
