Light, tender, delicious salad.
Crunchy green salad preferably.
You can use turkey fillet instead of chicken.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-6 servings are obtained.
- 300 chicken fillet
- 50 g peeled pine nuts
- 1 bunch of lettuce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
Boil the fillet until tender (cook for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool the finished fillet.
Disassemble into fibers.
For dressing, mix oil with lemon juice.
Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Tear the salad with your hands.
Add fillet, pine nuts.
Enjoy your meal!
