Pancake vertuta with sauce

Dear friends!
We sincerely congratulate you on the start of Pancake Week!
I offer an interesting option for serving stuffed pancakes.
The sauce perfectly complements the taste.
Any filling can be used, for example, with liver, minced meat, etc..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 6-7 pancakes (according to recipes, pancakes or yeast pancakes)
  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


  • 150 g cheese
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • greens to taste


Cooking the filling.
Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Finely chop the chicken fillet.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add fillet.

Add mushrooms.

Salt, pepper.
Fry for 15 minutes.
Cool down.

Put the filling on the pancake.

Roll up roll.

Put in a mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 26 cm).

Cooking the sauce.
Finely chop the greens.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press to the sour cream.


Add cheese.
Salt a little.


Add greens.


Put the sauce on the pancakes.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
