Strawberry soufflé

Awesome dessert.
Delicate, airy, with a pronounced strawberry flavor.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 200 ml cream 30-33%
  • 150 g sugar (if the strawberries are very sweet, you can take less sugar)
  • 2 tbsp gelatin


Pour gelatin with 150 ml of cold boiled water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.

Bring gelatin to a boil, but do not boil.
Cool down.

Wash the strawberries.
Remove sepals.
Grind in a blender.

Whip cream with sugar.

Mix strawberries and cream.

Add gelatin.

Pour into bowls.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Enjoy your meal!
