Portion Tiramisu with cherries and chocolate

But this recipe also deserves attention. First, Tiramisu is served in portions, which is very convenient. Secondly, cherries add exceptional flavor to the dessert.!
Instead of cherries, you can use any berry to taste, but I highly recommend cherry.
I used frozen berries. Before cooking it must be thawed, drained all the liquid.
Instead of chocolate, you can sprinkle cocoa dessert.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4 servings are obtained.

  • 2 chicken eggs (or 9-10 quail)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g savoyardi cookies
  • 200 ml coffee (instant or brewed)
  • 200 g pitted cherries
  • 50-100 g of chocolate


Separate the whites from the yolks.
Grind the yolks with sugar.

Add mascarpone.

Whisk the whites.

Add proteins to yolk-cheese mass.
Stir gently.

Put the resulting cream on the bottom of the bowls.

Put the cherries on the cream.

Dip sticks in cold coffee.
The sticks must be dipped in a very quick motion so that they do not get wet.
Optionally, you can add wine, rum, liqueur, brandy, or cognac to the coffee.

Put the sticks on the cherries.

Spread out the remaining cream.

Grate chocolate.

Put chocolate on cream.

Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
