Cottage cheese casserole

Delicious casserole. Delicate, fragrant.
The taste can be changed by adding various dried fruits, candied fruits, nuts.
You can serve the casserole with sour cream or condensed milk..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 600 g cottage cheese (6-9%)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50-100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g starch
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of candied fruits, fruits, nuts – to taste (I have raisins and dried cranberries)
  • butter


Separate the whites from the yolks.
Add the yolks to the curd.


Add milk.

Add sugar, vanilla sugar.


Add starch.


Add raisins, berries.


Whisk the whites.

Add proteins to the curd mass.
Stir gently.

Form (I have a form with a diameter of 20 × 20 cm) grease a little with oil or cover with baking paper.

Put the curd mass.

Put pieces of butter on top.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake until golden brown (about an hour).
