Coffee cream

Delicate, aromatic dessert that just melts in your mouth!
The main thing is not to over-whip the cream, otherwise the dessert may turn out to be greasy.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-7 servings are obtained.

  • 250 ml coffee (3 tsp coffee in 250 ml water)
  • 3 yolks
  • 150 g sugar
  • 10 g (2 tsp) gelatin
  • 300 ml cream 33-35%


Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold boiled water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.

Mix yolks with sugar.

Put on a water bath.
Heat until sugar is completely dissolved.

Add coffee.

Add gelatin.
Heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Remove from fire.
Cool down.

Whisk the cream.

Mix cream and cooled coffee mass.

Pour into bowls.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
