Christmas snowflakes

The most wonderful and magical holiday is coming very soon – New Year!
I bring to your attention not even a recipe, but a decorating method that will create a festive mood and can decorate your New Year tree. Making such snowflakes with children is a special pleasure that will bring joy to both you and the children..
If you do not have a pastry syringe, you can put the mass in a bag, cut off a corner, and squeeze out snowflakes.
It is very important to dry snowflakes well in the oven, otherwise they will quickly soften.
A lot of snowflakes were obtained from the specified number of ingredients, so the ingredients can be safely reduced by 2 or 3 times.
there are some tips, following which, the squirrels will beat perfectly.

  • 3 squirrels
  • 150 g sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

  • pastry topping

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until foam.

Whisk, gradually add sugar.

The mass should be dense, thick, shiny.

Use a marker to draw different snowflakes on baking paper.

Turn the paper over (so that the drawing does not come into contact with proteins).
Put on a baking sheet.

Fill the pastry syringe (I used the smallest nozzle with a hole of about 3 mm).
Draw snowflakes by tracing a path.
I advise you not to paint too delicate and thin snowflakes, they can be fragile.

If desired, decorate with pastry sprinkles.
Put in the oven.
Dry the meringue at 100 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Cool ready snowflakes.
Peel off gently from baking paper.

Enjoy your meal!
