Berry marmalade

The site already has a recipe for fruit marmalade. I suggest you try another option.
You can take any berry, the main thing is that it is crushed into a homogeneous puree.
If you use frozen berries, thaw it and drain all the liquid.
You cannot use gelatin instead of agar-agar, you need agar-agar.
Depending on which berry you use, add sugar to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, about 50 pieces are obtained.

  • 400 g berries (I have blueberries)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 6 g (3 tsp) agar agar
  • 1 orange
  • 150 ml water

Squeeze juice from an orange (we need 100 ml).

Add agar agar.

Leave on for 30 minutes.

Put the berry in a blender.

Grind (you should get a homogeneous puree).

Put berry puree in a saucepan.
Add sugar.

Pour in water.
Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add agar agar.
Boil for 5 minutes.

Pour the hot mass into molds.
Leave on for 1-2 hours (you can at room temperature).

Enjoy your meal!
