Lingonberry cake


Delicious cake.
Chocolate cakes, sweet cream, slightly sourness from lingonberries.
You can use cranberries instead of lingonberries..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 70 g cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 350-400 g flour

cream:

  • 500 g sour cream
  • 150 g sugar

also:

  • 400 g lingonberries (fresh or frozen)

Preparation

Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs.

Mix.

Add cocoa.

Mix.

Add baking powder and flour.
Mix.

Lubricate the mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 26 cm) a little oil.
Lay out half of the dough.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Bake 2 cakes in this way.
Then cut each cake horizontally into 2 parts, as a result, you get 4 cake layers.

Prepare the cream.
Add sugar to sour cream.
Mix.

Lubricate the cake with cream.

Lay out a part of the lingonberry (pre-wash the lingonberry and let the water drain).

Cover with a second cake layer.

Lubricate with cream.

Put the lingonberries.
Cover with third cake layer.
Lubricate with cream.
Put the lingonberries.
Cover with fourth crust.
Lubricate with cream.
Put the lingonberries.
Put the cake in the refrigerator.
Let it soak for 5-6 hours.
