Instead of poppy seeds, you can use jam, thick jam, etc..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-10 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
biscuit:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 120-150 g flour
filling:
- 150 g poppy seeds
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
Preparation
Cooking a biscuit.
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add baking powder and flour.
Stir gently.
Cover the baking sheet (I have a baking sheet 30 × 40 cm) with baking paper.
Spread out the dough about 5 mm thick.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Roll the hot sponge cake together with baking paper.
Cool down.
Cooking the filling.
Mix milk, poppy seeds, sugar.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Cool down.
Unfold the roll, lay out the poppy filling.
Flatten.
Roll up roll.
Cut into pieces 1–2 cm thick.
If desired, the finished roll can be greased with sugar glaze.
