Puff pastry envelopes with stuffed apricots

I bring to your attention a quick and tasty pastry made from puff pastry.
Apricots can be used both fresh and canned.
Nuts can be used any, to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 12-16 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g puff pastry (fresh or yeast)
  • 6-8 apricots (or 12-16 halves if using canned)
  • 100 g of curd cheese (hochland, almette)
  • 70 g sugar
  • 50 g walnuts


Chop nuts.

Mix cheese with sugar.

Add nuts.


Stuff the apricot halves with the resulting mass.

Roll out the puff pastry.
Cut into squares.
Put stuffed apricot on each square.

Pinch the edges.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper or lightly grease.
Lay out the envelopes.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
