Pie with cottage cheese and apples

The pie turned out to be very, very tasty! Juicy, aromatic, delicate.
I made very small changes to the recipe, and also reduced the ingredients by 2 times (there are already reduced ingredients in the recipe).
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 800 g apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 100 g cottage cheese 5-9%
  • 300 g cottage cheese 3-9%
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200-300 g flour


Peel the apples.
Remove core.
Cut into cubes.

Melt the butter.
Cool down.

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add oil.

Add grained (drain liquid) and regular curd.

Add cinnamon.


Add baking powder and flour (you may need a little less flour than indicated in the recipe, it depends on the quality of the flour.).

Add apples.


The mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 22 cm) grease a little with oil.
Put out the dough.

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
