Juicy, tender, aromatic muffins.
If you use frozen berries, defrost them and drain all the liquid.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 pieces are obtained.
- 150 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of chocolate (any, to taste)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150-200 g flour
- 200 g raspberries (or any berry, to taste)
- 300 g curd cheese (almette, buco, philadelphia)
- 1 egg
- 50 g sugar
Cooking the dough.
Dice the chocolate.
Grind butter with sugar.
Add baking powder and flour.
Mix the egg with sugar.
Put the dough into the molds, filling the molds halfway.

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 30-35 minutes,
