Muffins with raspberry cream and chocolate


Juicy, tender, aromatic muffins.
If you use frozen berries, defrost them and drain all the liquid.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 pieces are obtained.
Ingredients
dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of chocolate (any, to taste)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150-200 g flour

cream:

  • 200 g raspberries (or any berry, to taste)
  • 300 g curd cheese (almette, buco, philadelphia)
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g sugar

Preparation

Cooking the dough.
Dice the chocolate.

Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.
Mix.

Add chocolate.
Mix.

Add baking powder and flour.
Mix.

Cooking cream.
Mix the egg with sugar.

Add almette.
Mix.

Add raspberries.
Stir gently.

Put the dough into the molds, filling the molds halfway.

Put 2 tbsp on the dough. l. cream.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 30-35 minutes,
Allow to cool in a mold, then remove.
