Juice


Delicious juices!
Loose dough, tender filling.
Definitely try!
You can add raisins to the filling, candied fruits to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 20-25 pieces are obtained.
Ingredients
dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g sour cream (10-20%)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 300-400 g flour

filling:

  • 300 g cottage cheese (5-20%)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sour cream (10-20%)
  • 50 g flour

also:

  • egg for lubrication
  • icing sugar (optional)

Preparation

Cooking the dough.
Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.

Mix.

Add sour cream.

Mix.

Add baking powder and flour (you may need a little more or less flour, it depends on the quality of the flour).
Knead the dough (the dough should not be too steep).
Cover the dough, leave at room temperature while preparing the filling.

Mix cottage cheese with sugar.

Separate the whites from the yolks.
Add the yolks to the curd.

Mix.

Add sour cream.

Mix.

Add flour.

Mix.

Whisk the whites.

Add proteins to curd.

Stir gently.

Shake the egg (for lubrication).

Divide the dough into 20-25 koloboks.

Form a cake from each kolobok.

Put the filling on the edge of the cake.

Cover with a free edge.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper or grease.
Upload.

Brush with an egg.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Ready-made juices can be sprinkled with icing sugar.
