Chocolate fondant (liquid filled muffins)

Very popular baked goods! And very tasty, unusual! But a little capricious. From the first time, the ideal middle may not work, it all depends on the oven and molds in which you will bake the cupcakes (I used ceramic molds, silicone molds can also be used). Therefore, I advise you to first bake one cake, look at the middle, and, if necessary, increase or decrease the cooking time.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 3-4 muffins.

  • 150 g chocolate 70-90% cocoa
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 30-40 g flour


Break the chocolate into pieces.
Add oil.

Put on a water bath.

Heat until dissolved.
Cool down.

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add butter and chocolate.

Add flour.
Mix gently (the dough should not be very thick, it should be hard to fall off the spoon).

Molds (I used molds 7 cm high and 8 cm wide) grease with oil.

Sprinkle with cocoa or flour.

Spread out the dough, filling the molds 2/3.

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the oven, I baked in the electric oven for 7 minutes).

Cool the finished muffins a little, then gently turn onto a plate.

Serve warm.
